What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, suburb, email address and the details of the service you're enquiring about. If you send us photos or documents as part of a quote request, we collect those too.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and complete work at your property, and meet our obligations under rebate and certificate schemes including the Victorian Energy Upgrades program, Solar Victoria and the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme. Where a rebate or certificate is involved, we may need to provide your details to the relevant scheme administrator to claim it on your behalf.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with parties necessary to deliver the service — for example scheme administrators, product manufacturers for warranty registration, and payment providers such as Zip where you choose to use them.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies to analyse traffic and measure the performance of our advertising, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel. This data is aggregated and used to understand how the site is used and which campaigns are working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We retain records for as long as necessary to complete the work, meet our warranty obligations, and satisfy our legal and scheme record-keeping requirements.
